Robert F Kennedy has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. His affair with New York journalist Olivia Nuzzi came to light, following which three more women revealed that they have had affairs with him over the last year.
Nuzzi, 31, has acknowledged the liaison, but claimed that it was never physical and was instead limited to FaceTime calls and sexting.
The three other women said they had met him through his anti-vaccine foundation named Children’s Health Defence.
After those rumours broke out, RFK and his wife Cheryl Hines were spotted in public. Hines, 59, was spotted wearing a black T-shirt and a pair of blue jeans.
They made a stop at Starbucks and then went over to a house. Hines was seen without her wedding ring, which has set tongues wagging about a divorce.
According to a source who spoke to People, Hines is ‘embarrassed that he got caught’. They further added that they had ‘rarely spoken’ since the incident happened.
Some sources say that she is also contemplating divorce.
Earlier, a source had said that more than his affairs, Nuzzi is devastated at his support for Donald Trump. Kennedy was running as an independent candidate in 2024, but he abdicated his campaign in favor of the former US President.
According to the source, “She knew what she was getting in with when she married one of the Kennedys, who are infamous womanizers. Shw didn’t sign up to be a member of the Trump club”.
Kennedy’s spokesperson had denied all the claims earlier, saying that he had never engaged in a physical relationship with anyone other than wife after his marriage. Kennedy and the ‘A Bad Moms Christmas’ star married in 2014.
Olivia Nuzzi has been put on leave by New York Mag after she accepted the affair. Her ex-fiance, Ryan Lizza was also put on leave by Politico, the organisation he worked for. The two are currently engaged in a legal battle where Nuzzi was granted a temporary ‘no-contact’ order by a DC court.
The three other women who had flings with him said that they had texted each other after their trysts.
All in all, the matter is turning quite racy and murky. We need to wait and watch where this goes. But we also hope that nobody gets hurt or damaged int he process of it all.
